Always improve the quality of wines in respect of the territory and the characteristics of the vine: this is the philosophy that accompanies us since 1894. The ethics that we always put into our production is to work trying to be less invasive as possible on the territory for preserve our and our consumers' health. Today we use only organic fertilizers, treatment products with low environmental impact and processing in the vineyards are performed mainly by hand reducing the use of the tractor. In the cellar, then, the use of all oenological products is limited. Finally, the energy required for processing is produced through a photovoltaic system that allows us to be almost self-sufficient and, at the same time, to prevent the introduction into the environment of about 200 quintals / year of CO2.
