The history of the Orsolani winery began at the end of the nineteenth century, when Giovanni Orsolani and his wife Domenica returned from America recalled by the nostalgia of their land, the Canavese. Here they opened a restaurant: the Locanda Aurora and while his wife followed the activity in the kitchen, Giovanni worked in the vineyard and in the cellar for the wine production.
Today, our family is dedicated solely to the production of wines and sparkling wines, obtained almost exclusively from our vineyards, located in the most classic production areas. The Orsolani Winery produces about 150,000 bottles, 90% of which is represented by the Erbaluce, the true love of the family.
With our great honor and pleasure we are members of the Grandi Cru d'Italia Committee, an association that gathers together all those companies that, with care and dedication, value their production and cultivation areas.
